This has concrete consequences for how services are contracted and invoiced and for the tax treatment that applies. Clients based in Mauritius should note that invoices are issued from France. The precise tax treatment — Mauritian VAT, French VAT, any reverse-charge obligation — is to be confirmed with your own accountant.
